2. The Great Lego Pyramids

Lesson objectives: Teach the students about the ancient Egyptian pyramids through building and relate them to more modern structures.

Concepts: Strong shapes, Geometry and Ancient Egypt

The Challenge: To have each group design their own pyramid (with a maximum base size) that will fit the largest number of marbles but can also withstand the flick test.
